摘要
本试验初步将生物间遗传学的观点和方法运用于河北省稻瘟病的研究中。通过毒力频率分析,了解了河北省当前部分水稻利用品种及新品系与稻瘟病菌群体间的相互关系,结果表明中花8号、中作321、花76—49选系、132等的毒力频率值较低,分别为3.8%、2.8%、19.4%、22.2%,而且通过联合致病性或联合毒性分析,指出了抗性较好的品种组合。
The experiment applied the viewpoints and methods of interorganism- genetics to the study of rice blast in Hebei province.Through the analysis of virulence frequency,the interactions between part of released cultivars and new cultivars cultivated presently in Hebei and pathogens populations of Pyriculosia oryzae were found.The results showed that the value of virulence frequence of Zhonghua No.8,Zhongzuo 321,Hua 76—46 linc, and 132 etc.was 3.8%,2.8%,19.4% and 22.4%,respectively,which were relatively lower.The better combinations of cultivars were indicated by the analyses of associated pathogenicity or associated virulence.
