摘要
试验表明,油菜素内酯(BR)对白皮松幼苗的抗寒性有一定的生理效应。它可以降低幼苗相对电导率,减少幼苗脂质过氧化作用的产物—丙二醛的含量,使越冬后的幼苗保存率提高14.5%,这与BR对质膜有一定的保护作用有关。此外,BR还使叶绿素a/b值有所降低。
The tests indicated that the brassinolide had some physiological effects on cold resistane in Pinus bungeana seedlings. BR could reduce relative conduetivety and conent of MDA (product of lipoid peroxidation) in leaf tissue of Pinus bungeana. BR could increase survival rate by 14.5% of seedlings after overwintering. This is related to the protective effect of BR on plasmolemma. In addition, chlorophyll a/b had been slightly reduced by BR.
