颈椎旋转移位与青年颈椎病(附75例X线分析)

Cervical Vertebra Rotationg Displacement And Youth Cervical Vertebra Syndrome:75 Cases of X-ray Analysis

目的 :提高对青年颈椎病X线征象的认识。材料与方法 :回顾性分析了 1998 3～ 2 0 0 0 8所收集的 40岁以下经临床和X线诊断为颈椎病 ,具有颈椎侧、屈曲、左右前后斜 45°平片 75例。结果 :颈椎双边双突征及椎弓—关节突错位征是颈椎退变 ,旋转移位的X线征象 。

Purpose:To improve the realization of X-ray of youth cervical vertebra syndrome.Materials and Methods:Analyzed retrospectively 75 cases of X-ray films,which collected from the patients who were under 40 years old and diagnosed as cervical vertebra syndrome both cliniclly and X-ray on march,1998～August,2000.Each of them had been taken on lateral,fletional ,left and right 45℃ oblique position.Results:Both two-edges-and-two-processes sign and the displacement sign of arch of vertebra-joint process showed degeneration of cervical vertebra and rotating displacement,and as well particular X-ray manifestation for youth cervical-vertebra syndrome.
