诺氟沙星胶囊的差示分光光度法测定

Determination of Norfloxacin Capsules by Differential Spectrophotometry

建立了差示分光光度法测定诺氟沙星胶囊含量。以诺氟沙星在 0 .1mol/L 盐酸溶液和 0 .1mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液中于波长 2 84nm处测得的差示吸收值 (Δ A) ,作为定量依据。平均回收率为 99.9% ,RSD=0 .47%。

Norfloxacin capsules were determined by differential spectrophotometry. The different absorptions of norfloxacin in 0.1 mol/L HCl and in 0.1 mol/L NaOH was linear with the norfloxacin concentration in the range of 5～13 μg/ml, at the detection wavelength of 284 nm. The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD of 0.47%.
