摘要
在采用固体多聚甲醛与苯酚反应合成环保型酚醛树脂的基础上,成功地合成了聚砜改性酚醛树脂,并加入自制电性能助剂、增强剂A等助剂,对酚醛树脂进行了综合改性,通过配方体系及工艺的优化,制得高性能酚醛塑料,其各项性能指标达到宇航用要求,为航空航天提供较为理想的材料。
Based on the preparation of the environment friendly phenolic resin from solid paraformaldehyde and phenolic, phenolic resin modified with polysulfone was synthesized successuf ully. The addition of self- made electrical modifier and toughening agent A also contributed to the comprehensive modification of the resin. By optimizing the formulas of the system and the synthesizing process, high performance phenolic resin was presented with properties reaching the standards for aircraft materials, thus providing an ideal material for airspace industry.
