制造误差对三牙轮钻头齿圈啮合的影响

摘要 三牙轮钻头主要零件形状复杂,影响钻头直径及牙轮齿圈啮合误差的因素较多。用概率法对有关的主要误差影响因素在三维空间中进行叠加,推导了叠加计算公式。实例的验算结果表明,这种计算方法更符合实际。 There are many factors influencing the bit diameter and the tooth row intermesh due to the complicated shapes of the main parts of a three cone bit. The authors, by probabilistic method, superpose in three-dimensional space the main factors effecting errors, and derrive the superposition formula. Checking computation shows that the calculated result by this method conforms more closely to the actual situation.
