ZG30CrNiMoRe的工艺性能试验

摘要 在研究国外吊卡用钢的基础上设计了ZG30CrNiMoRe 吊卡铸钢的化学成分,并对铸造、热处理和焊接工艺性能进行了试验测定,结果表明,该钢种钢水流动性好,热处理淬透性高,淬火变形开裂倾向小,焊后显微组织正常。铸造吊卡成品率达96.17%。 Based on investigation in the steel for elevators used by some foreign manufactu-rers,the authors develop the chemical composition of the ZG30CrNiMoRe cast steel forelevators and give tests for its technological properties by casting,heat-treatment andwelding.Test results show that this steel is characterized by good castabilityand hardenability,less likely to deform or crack by quenching,and has normalpost-weld microstructure.The rate of finished products reaches some 96 percent.
