Studies on Bupropion Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets

目的 :研制盐酸安非他酮缓释片。方法 :采用 HPMC水凝胶缓释技术研制了盐酸安非他酮缓释片。结果 :自制缓释片与进口片释药曲线相似 ,同时建立了缓释片的质量标准。结论 :本缓释片处方及制备工艺简单 ,质量稳定 ,重现性好 。

AIM The purpose is to develop the sustained-release tablets of bupropion hydrochloride. METHODS The sustained-release tablets of bupropion hydrochloride were developed with HPMC hydrogels. RESULTS The releasing profiles of the sustained-release tablets were similar to those of import of tablets. The criteria of quality was established for the bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. CONCLUSION The prescriptions and preparing technology were simple and stable. It is suitable for industrialization.
