摘要
旋转机械中非线性“转子 -轴承 -基础”系统的轴心轨迹包含着反映其运行状态的丰富信息 ,但由于系统碰摩等故障测试信号中的背景信号、噪声信号干扰严重 ,使轴心轨迹非常杂乱 ,难以从中得到有用信息。该文将构造的非线性小波包变换用于提纯轴心轨迹 ,剔除干扰 ,提取故障特征 ,取得了好的效果。这对转子系统动静件碰摩等故障进行早期准确的诊断具有重要意义。图 5参
There are lots of messages in the orbit of the center of a rotor that show some operating states of nonlinear “rotor bearing foundation” system in the rotatory machine. However, because of the serious interferences background signal and noise signal in measured signal of rub impact fault between rotor and stator in rotor system, it is so confused that useful messages can not be obtained from it. In this paper, the nonlinear wavelet packet thansform is used to eliminate the interferences. The features of the fault are extractec easily, and satisfactory results are obtained. It is very important to the diagnoses of rub impact fault bwtween rotor and stator in a rotor system precisely. Figs 5 and refs 8.
