摘要
介绍了采用Ninaph2-Ali-Bu3-BF3·OEt2-含氧化合物四元镍系催化体系合成高门尼粘度顺丁橡胶、并经充高芳烃油制备充油顺丁橡胶BR9073的研制过程。研究了四元催化体系的聚合规律、充油技术及充油橡胶的力学性能,在此基础上进行了工业试生产。结果表明,四元催化体系合成高门尼粘度橡胶并经充油生产BR9073在技术上是可行的。
The course of higher Mooney cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber polymerized by Ni(naph)2-Al(i-Bu)3-BF3 · OEt2-D catalyst system used to manufacture oil extended BR 9073 were studied. The polymerization regular, oil extended technology and physical properties were discussed. Plant trial based on the experiment were carried on. The results showed that the technology of higher Mooney rubber polymerized by the catalyst system was feasible.
