摘要
聚氨酯弹性体是一类重要的热塑性弹性体 ,微相分离结构能显著影响其性能。介绍了聚氨酯弹性体微相分离的影响因素、研究手段和表征方法。可以采用加入微相分离促进剂和离子化的方法来改善聚氨酯弹性体的微相分离 ,提高其物理性能。聚氨酯弹性体在复合固体推进剂中有着广泛的应用前景 。
polyurethane elastomers are a type of important thermoplastics elastomers, microphase separation can significantly affect on the properties. The influence factors, studying means, and characteristic methods of the polyurethane elastomers were elucidated. Accelerator for microphase separation and ionization can be used to improve the degree of the microphase separation and physical properties. Polyurethane elastomers have a wide application in the field of the composite solid propellants, a certain degree of microphase separation can increase the mechanical properties of the propellants.
