摘要
研究了玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料结晶情况 ,界面横晶的产生 ,横晶对材料力学性能的影响及控制方法 ;另外 ,对于玻璃纤维在该体系中对基体的结晶成核作用通过观察结晶过程 。
During the formation of fiber reinforced thermoplastic matrix composites, the surface of the fiber may do crystalline nucleation to matrix, and form interfacial transcrystallization. The occurrence of transcrystallization will influence material′s interfacial stress transportation behavior and damage behavior great. In this study, the interfacial crystallization in glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites, the mechanism of transcrystallization, the influence of the transcrystallization towards composites′ mechanical performance and the controlling method of the transcrystaIlization were investigated. When the matrix adjoining fibers get some drawing strengh, and this strength doesn′t relax, the transcrystallization may occur. The transcrystallization will reduce the composites′ mechanical properties. The nucleation effect of glass fiber in this composite was get by observation of the crystallization and DSC analysis.
