Design of Real-time Monitoring System for Temperature

针对硝化纤维的易燃易爆的特点 ,设计了一种用于硝化纤维自动涂布机的温度实时监控系统 ,它能够对温度进行自动显示、越界报警和调节。本文主要从硬件结构和控制算法实现两方面做了详细的论述。

A temperature monitoring sub system in the automatic nitrocellulose gelatinizing system is introduced.The temperature monitoring system can measure,show,self regulate temperature values and give alarm signals automatically when them go beyond the set ranges.The hardware configuration and control algorithm are discussed in detail.
