用拉曼技术研究低温胁迫及光胁迫条件下 ,高原植物绢毛相思 ( Acacia holosericea)PS 反应中心的变化 ,所测得的拉曼谱表明 ,在低温胁迫条件下 ,光诱导的光抑制更为严重 ,表现为光强下降 ,但低温胁迫再加光胁迫测得光强反而上升 ,较好的体现了绢毛相思在光合作用方面的抗逆性。并且 PS
Using the Raman spectrum technology, the change of the PSⅡreaction of the highland plant Acacia holosericea under low temperature stress and light stress condition were studied. The results showed that the light inhibition was more serious initiated by light under low temperature stress, showing the falling of light intensity under the stresses of low temperature and light. However, the light intensity increased and the PSⅡ reaction center complex is in all trans configuration.
