宫腔内人工授精111例妊娠成功时机选择分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨宫腔内人工授精(IUI)的最佳时机。方法:分析111例IUI成功妊娠并已分娩者的月经周期、基础 体温(BBT)、尿LH、阴道B超监测与宫颈评分。结果:当优势卵泡直径达18~22mm和子宫内膜厚度达9mm以上,尿LH呈弱阳性或阳性时,次日为IUI的最佳时机。IUI当天宫颈评分与妊娠率呈正相关性,宫颈评分对于选择IUI时机与估计妊娠机会有重要意义;月经周期和BBT作为IUI时机选择指标准确性低,但对下一周期的治疗有一定指导作用。结论:尿LH与阴道B超监测是IUI时机选择的重要指标,宫颈评分、月经周期和BBT对选择IUI时机有辅助作用。 Objective :To probe into the best timing of intrauterine insemination(IUI). Method:We reviewed the menstrual cycle,basal body temperature(BBT) .urinary LH,vaginal ultrasound follicular scanning and cervical scoring of 111 cases. Result:When the leading follice is 18 to 22mm in diameter,the endometrium is at least 9mm in thickness and urinary LH shows feeble positive or positive,the next day is the best timing of IUI. The cervical scoring is of great importance in determining IUI timing and evaluating pregnancy rate;As the guideline to choose IUI timing,the menstrual cycle and BBT are of little accuracy, but can be used to direct to the next treatment cycle. Conclusion: For choosing IUI timing,the urinary LH and the vaginal ultrasound follicular scanning are important indicators; while cervical scoring,the menstrual cycle and the BBT be of assistance.
