既有民居改造民宿规划设计研究——以贵州省三穗县龙湾村民宿区规划设计为例

Research on Planning and Design of Existing Residential Buildings——Taking the Planning and Design of Longwan Village Homestay in Sansui County,Guizhou province as an Example

本文以贵州省三穗县龙湾村民宿区的规划设计为例,提出既有民居改造民宿的设计策略,通过对该设计中规划层面上契合区位发展条件、融入区域规划布局、道路系统的梳理、节点空间的打造;建筑层面上,功能的重组、立面的重构、因地制宜的景观环境营造、情感导向的陈设设计,探讨既有民居改造民宿区的规划设计中新旧形式转换、空间转换的设计方法。

Taking the planning and design of the Longwan Village Homestay in Sansui County of Guizhou Province as an example,this paper proposes the design strategy of the existing residential Homestay,and through the planning level,it fits the development conditions of the location,integrates into the regional planning layout,and sorts out the road system.The construction of node space;on the architectural level,the reorganization of functions, the reconstruction of facades,the construction of landscape environment adapted to local conditions,the design of emotional orientation,and the design of new and old forms and space conversion in the planning and design of residential areas in residential areas,method.
