摘要
研究环氧改性热固性酚醛树脂SG3378用量对过氧化物硫化氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着树脂SG3378用量的增大,胶料的焦烧时间延长,硫化速度减慢,硬度和定伸应力增大,耐磨性能和耐热老化性能下降,粘合性能先提高后降低;当树脂SG3378用量约为7. 5份时,胶料的综合性能较好。
The effect of the amount of epoxy modified thermosetting phenolic resin SG3378 on the properties of HNBR compound was studied.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of resin SG3378,the scorch time of the compound was extended,vulcanization speed decreased,hardness and tensile modulus of the vulcanized compound increased,wear resistance and heat aging resistance decreased,and the adhesion property was first improved and then decreased.The optimum amount of resin SG3378 was 7.5phr.
