类风湿关节炎患者血清炎性因子与C反应蛋白和疾病活动度评分的相关性分析 被引量:17

Correlation between serum inflammatory cytolines with C-creative protein and disease activity score 28 in patients of rheumatoid arthritis

摘要 目的 研究类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者血清白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1β、IL-10、IL-6、IL-8、干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)与C反应蛋白(C-reative protein,CRP)和28关节疾病活动指数(disease activity score 28,DAS28)之间的相关性.方法 选择2015年1月至2017年12月咸阳市中心医院就诊的96例RA患者为观察组,并选择同期90例健康体检者为对照组.比较两组研究对象血清IL-1β、IL-10、IL-6、IL-8、IFN-γ水平,并分析上述炎性细胞因子与CRP和DSA28评分之间的相关性.结果 观察组活动期患者的血清IL-1β、IL-10、IL-6、IFN-γ、IL-8水平均明显高于缓解期患者和对照组人群(P<0.05),缓解期患者的血清IL-10、IL-6、IL-8水平均明显高于对照组人群(P<0.05),而观察组缓解期患者与对照组人群的血清IL-1β和IFN-γ水平相比无明显差异(P>0.05).Spearman相关性分析表明,IL-10、IL-6以及IL-8与CRP和DSA28评分之间均呈正相关(P<0.05),IL-1β以及IFN-γ与CRP和DSA28评分之间无明显的相关性(P>0.05).结论 通过检测RA患者的炎性细胞因子IL-10、IL-6、IL-8有助于对RA患者进行早期诊断、病情判断和预后评估. Objective To investigate the correlation between serum interleukin(IL)1β,IL-10,IL-6, IL-8,interferon-γ(IFN-γ)with C-creative protein(CRP)and disease scores of activities(DSA28)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,96 cases with RA who treated in Xianyang Central Hospital were recruited as observation group,90 healthy persons were selected as the con-trol group. The serum levels of IL-1β,IL-10,IL-6,IFN-γ and IL-8 were measured and the correlation between the inflammatory cytokines with CRP and DSA28 scores was analyzed. Results The levevs of IL-1β,IL-10, IL-6,IFN-γ,IL-8 in observation group were obviously higher than remission group and control group(P <0. 05),the levels of IL-10,IL-6 and IL-8 in remission group were significantly higher than control group(P <0.05),but the lev-els of IL-1β and IFN-γ showed no significant difference(P >0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between IL-10,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP and DSA28 scores(P < 0. 05). There was no significant correlation between IL-1β and IFN-γ and CRP and DSA28 scores(P >0.05). Conclusions Detection of inflammatory cytokines(IL-10,IL-6 and IL-8)in RA patients may help the early diagnosis and disease evaluation.
