Decade's Performance Evaluation for Guangdong Natural Science Foundation

开展科学有效的自然科学基金绩效评估是目前广东省在基础研究发展面临的重要研究课题。选取2006-2016年广东省自然科学基金立项的项目作为评估对象,基于已有的定性资料,结合问卷调查及调研面访获取的数据信息,从战略定位、资助绩效、管理绩效及影响4个方面评估其管理绩效状况及存在的问题,为后续基金项目管理绩效提供参考。

Scientific and effective evaluation for the performance of the natural science foundation,is an important research topic for the basic research in Guangdong province.The projects which being set up by 2006-2016 were selected as the evaluation object,evaluation implements through qualitative data,combining with the data acquisition from questionnaire investigation.Four aspects of the status and problems are discussed in this paper,which includes strategic positioning,performance management,funding performance and influence.This paper may provide reference for the subsequent management for Guangdong Nature Science Foundation.
