摘要
电力系统在以经济效益为目标的同时,还应兼顾其对环境的影响,关注在生产过程中的碳排放问题.介绍了清洁发电技术、低碳发电技术、CCS技术、碳交易政策和碳限排约束等各种低碳因素;建立了碳捕集电厂的数学模型;对多种低碳因素综合作用下的调度进行建模,分别以碳排放量、机组发电成本和总成本作为目标函数进行分析;通过改变相关变量的取值和引入碳排放约束,分析了影响调度结果的敏感因子.通过算例分析,得到了各类低碳因素对调度结果的影响,为电力系统调度决策提供参考.
When targeting at economic profits,power system should also consider its effects on environment and pay attention to carbon emission problem in generating process.This paper introduces the clean power generation technology,low carbon power generation technology,carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology,carbon trading policy and carbon emission limit constraints of low-carbon factors;and then es- tablishes a mathematical model of carbon capture power plant;modeling of the comprehensive effect of various factors of low carbon scheduling,with carbon emissions,and the total cost of power generation unit the cost as the objective function is analyzed;by changing the values of relevant variables and the introduction of carbon emission constraints,the sensitive factors affecting the scheduling results are analyzed. Through a case stady,the effects of various kinds of low carbon factors on scheduling results are obtained.
