摘要
马克思主义劳动观是界定和认识劳动教育的基石,劳动是马克思主义劳动观、劳动价值观的逻辑起点。新时代中国特色社会主义教育发展道路,需要劳动教育的奠基。"以劳树德、以劳增智、以劳健体、以劳育美、以劳创新"是中国特色社会主义劳动教育的重要特征。劳动的多样性决定了劳动教育的多元性,劳动教育是五育融合的起始点和凝结点。新时代新实践对劳动教育再发展提出新要求,加强党对劳动教育工作的领导,强化政策保障,确立劳动教育的独立学科地位和课程地位,建立健全劳动教育的组织领导机构和管理体系,加强劳动教育的科研、教研活动,促进国内外学术交流,促进科研成果的转化,不断提高劳动教育的科学化水平,促进社会公共教育资源向劳动教育开放。
General Secretary of CPC Xi Jinping has emphasized on the National Education Conference that,we should cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor. Furthermore,we should promote the labor spirit,leading the students to advocate and respect the physical labor,and to understand it as the most honorable one. It is the Marxist view on labor that is the cornerstone of defining and understanding the labor education,and labor is actually the logical starting point of the Marxist view on labor as well as the labor values. The educational development under the background of New-Era socialism with Chinese characteristics should be based on the labor education. Morality,intelligence,physical health,aesthetics,innovation based on labor are the core characteristics of our labor education. The diversity of the labor determines the diversity of the labor education,and the labor education is the origin and focus of the above five-education. The new requirements have been advanced by the new practice in the New Era,which are strengthening the Party leadership in the field of labor education,enhancing the relevant policy insurance,establishing the independent discipline status of the labor education,refining the administrative system of the labor education,promoting the research and academic communication on the labor education,boosting the transformation of research achievements,and pushing forward the social public resources to be available to the labor education.
