CPE/CO抗拉伸绝缘电缆护套材料的研究

摘要 研究以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和氯丁橡胶(CO)为骨架材料,通过添加不同组份的防老体系、填充补强体系、增塑体系等,对橡胶护套材料的物理机械性能、老化性能、耐油性能、阻燃性能进行测定。实验结果表明:橡胶护套材料拉伸强度最高可达17.4 MPa,断裂伸长率达504.9%,老化温度可以到达135℃,氧指数达45%,最小透光率达54%,体积电阻率最高可达5.9×10^(11)Ω·m。老化性能和耐磨性能优异,具有良好的耐候性能,也提高了自然交联速率和均匀性。 In this study, a rubber sheath material was prepared with chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) and chloroprene rubber(CO) as the matrix, added with different ratios of aging, filling reinforcement, plasticizing systems. The material’s mechanical, aging, oil resistant, and fire-retardant properties were tested with the following results: tensile strength of 17.4 MPa,breaking elongation of 504.9%, aging temperature of 135℃, oxygen index of 45%, the minimum transmittance of 54%, volume resistivity of 5.9×1011 Ω·m. And this material showed a better aging performance, wear resistance, excellent weatherability, and its natural crosslinking rate and uniformity were both improved.
