中国民宿旅游研究进展及展望

Research Progress and Prospect of China Bed and Breakfast Tourism

民宿旅游作为乡村旅游发展的一种新兴业态,已经逐步成为丰富旅游住宿业态、加快旅游产业转型升级以及实现乡村振兴的重要支撑力量。文章在对相关文献进行梳理与分析后发现,我国民宿旅游相关研究主要集中在:(1)民宿与民宿旅游的概念界定;(2)发展经验总结与借鉴研究;(3)旅游者的行为动机与情感感知研究;(4)环境与景观设计研究;(5)市场管理与品牌营销研究;(6)发展现状及对策研究。基于此,文章从民宿旅游的研究内容、研究方法、研究尺度、研究视角、研究范式及研究的学科领域等方面总结了我国民宿旅游研究特点,并就加强民宿旅游的行业管理研究、转型升级研究、标准化与特色化研究等方面对我国未来民宿旅游研究提出展望,以期为促进民宿旅游的相关研究及今后发展提供参考和借鉴。

As a new form of rural tourism development,Bed and Breakfast(B&B)tourism has gradually become an important support for enriching the form of tourism accommodation,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry and realizing the revitalization of the country.After combing and analyzing the related literature,the paper found that the related research of China B&B tourism mainly concentrated in the following aspects:(1)definition of the concept of B&B and B&B tourism;(2)summary and reference research of development experience;(3)research on the behavior motivation and emotional perception of tourists;(4)environmental and landscape design research;(5)market management and brand marketing research;(6)development status and countermeasure research.Based on this,this paper summarizes the research features of our country's B&B tourism from the aspects of the research contents,research methods,research scales,research perspectives,research paradigms and research fields,and puts forward the prospect of the research on the future of our country in the aspects of strengthening the research on the industry management,the transformation and upgrading,the standardization and the characteristics of the B&B tourism,with a view to promoting the future of our country.Research into the B&B tourism and future development and provide the reference.
