真空冷冻干燥法制备纳米二硫化钼的实验研究

摘要 本文采用钼酸钠和硫脲合成了Mo S_2纳米前驱溶液,用真空冷冻干燥法于不同冻结方式下得到了纳米粉体。采用TEM、AFM等仪器研究了纳米粉体材料的形貌粒径。结果表明:使用真空冷冻干燥法制备的纳米二硫化钼粒径大小在25nm-37nm之间。同时,将纳米二硫化钼作为添加剂加到石蜡油中,利用四球摩擦试验机检测其摩擦性能,测得磨斑尺寸和摩擦系数都明显减小。 The MoS2 nano-precursor solution was synthesized by sodium molybdate and thiourea.The nano-powder was obtained by vacuum freeze-drying method under different freezing modes.The morphology and particle size of the nano-powder materials were studied by transmission electron microscope and atomic force microscopy instruments.The results show that the nanometer molybdenum disulfide prepared by vacuum freeze-drying method,has a particle size of 25nm-37nm.At the same time,the nanometer molybdenum disulfide was added as an additive to the paraffin oil.The friction performance was measured by a four-ball friction tester.The size and friction coefficient of the wear spot were both significantly reduced.
