基于产教融合、协同育人的物流管理专业应用型人才培养模式创新研究

产教融合、校企合作是实现本科院校自我发展及服务地方经济发展的重要途径,更是适应现代社会发展需要,培养高质量应用型人才的突破口,在高校教育研究和人才培养中起着非常关键的作用。本文基于产教融合、协同育人理念,对物流管理专业人才培养模式进行创新研究,提出应用型人才培养模式的总体设计思路,并对校企协同创新应用型人才培养模式进行全面探究。

The integration of industry and education and the cooperation between universities and enterprises is an important way to realize the self-development of undergraduate colleges and serve the local economic development.It is also a breakthrough to meet the needs of the development of modern society,and plays a key role in education research and talent cultivation in universities.Based on the combination of production and education and the concept of collaborative education,this paper conducts an innovative research on the personnel training mode of logistics management specialty,proposes the overall design idea of the application-oriented personnel training mode,and conducts a comprehensive exploration on the school-enterprise collaborative innovation application-oriented personnel training mode.
