聚苯硫醚(PPS)板材粘性介质温热胀形性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对小批量、薄壁聚苯硫醚(PPS)零件,提出采用PPS板材通过粘性介质温热胀形方法,并进行了胀形工艺研究。通过单向拉伸实验,得到了不同温度及拉伸速度下PPS板材的工程应力-应变曲线和断面收缩率。通过PPS板材粘性介质温热胀形实验,得到了成形温度和粘性介质加载速度对胀形试件中心剖面轮廓和壁厚分布的影响规律。研究结果表明:100~180℃范围内,随着温度的升高和加载速度的降低,PPS板材的成形性能不断提高。在一定温度和加载速度条件下,可以采用粘性介质温热胀形方法成形小批量的薄壁PPS零件。 For manufacturing small batch of thin wall polyphenylene sulfide (PPS)parts,the method of viscous medium warm bulging to form PPS sheet was proposed,and the viscous medium warm bulging process was researched.Then,the engineering stress-strain curves and the section shrinkage rates of PPS sheet at different temperatures and different tensile speeds were obtained by the uniaxial tensile tests,and the influences of forming temperature and viscous medium medium loading speed on the center section profile and wall thickness distribution of PPS sheet bulging specimens were obtained by the method of viscous warm bulging tests.The research result shows that when the temperature ranges from 100℃ to 180℃,the formability of PPS sheet is enhanced with the increasing of temperature and decreasing of loading speed.Thus,under the certain loading speed and temperature condition,small batch of thin wall polyphenylene sulfide (PPS)parts can be formed by viscous medium warm bulging process.
