摘要
传统食疗养生文化是我国饮食文化的重要组成部分,其中"医食同源""药食同源""药补不如食补"等理念,以及注重调和脏腑阴阳,顺应五行五味,讲究天人合一,利用食物特性及与自然之和谐来调节机体,使人体获得健康或愈疾防病等理论与实践活动,不仅与当今倡导的健康管理异曲同工,而且也是健康管理的应有之义。
The traditional diet regimen is an important part of the Chinese food culture.Philosophies and practices such as "homology of medicine and food","food as medicine",adjusting Zang-fu and Yin-yang,complying with Wu-xing and Wu-wei,harmony between man and nature,and getting health or preventing disease by using the food characteristic and the natural harmony are the spirit of health management which is advocated at present.
