不同播种处理对粗糠树实生苗品质的影响

Effects of Different Seeding Treatments on the Quality of Seedlings of E. macrophylla Wall.

为准确筛选出粗糠树播种育苗的方法,采用3水平3因素的正交试验设计,研究粗糠树播种方式、播种时间和种实采后处理3个因素对粗糠树出苗率、1年生实生苗苗高、地径、根长、侧根数(长度> 5 cm)、根干重、茎干重、苗木质量指数的影响。结果表明:粗糠树的出苗率受种实采后处理的影响很大,果皮完整直接阴干的种实出苗率低,混沙沤制或剥除果皮的出苗率较高;影响粗糠树1年生实生苗苗木性状和苗木品质的主要因素是播种时间,其次是播种方式,采后处理影响最小。经过混沙沤制的种实或剥除果皮的种子,于10月15日采用露地低床播种,其1年生实生苗苗木品质好。

In order to accurately select the method of seedling cultivation for E. macrophylla Wall.,the orthogonal experiment design with three levels and three factors was used to study the effects of three factors on seedling emergence rate,seedling height,ground diameter,root length,lateral root number( length > 5 cm),root dry weight,stem dry weight and seedling quality index. The results showed that the seedling emergence rate of E. macrophylla Wall. was greatly influenced by post-harvest treatment,the seedling emergence rate of dry and shady seeds with intact peel was low,and the emergence rate of mixed sand retting or peeling was higher. Sowing time was the main factor affecting seedling properties and quality of 1-year-old seedlings of rough bran,followed by sowing methods,and post-harvest treatment had the least effect. Seeds prepared by sand mixing or peeled were sown in open low bed on October 15,the seedlings of one-year-old seedlings were of good quality.
