摘要
医养结合养老模式下养老护理员需要成为医护人员的助手,提供慢性病照护、健康管理、心理疏导和康复训练等专业化服务。目前养老护理员队伍只能提供简单的生活照料,存在培训内容不足、培训不规范等问题。应根据其岗位职责,优化和丰富培训内容,增加心理交流、营养健康、康复锻炼和常用急救知识,重在提升岗位能力,并针对护理员文化基础差的现状采用灵活的授课方式和教学方法,在工作后运用专项培训等方式,最终使其符合职业定位,成为“医”和“养”的中间连接人,促进医养结合养老模式发展。
The nursing staff of old-age care is assistants to the medical staff,providing professional services such as chronic disease care,health management,psychological counseling and rehabilitation training. At present,the nursing team can only provide simple life care,and there are some problems such as insufficient training contents and irregular training. According to their job responsibilities,we should optimize and enrich the training content,increase the knowledge of psychological communication,nutrition health,rehabilitation exercise and common use of first aid. It is important to improve the post capacity of the nursing staff,and adopt flexible teaching styles and methods based on the poor educational background of the nursing attendants such as special training after work so that the nursing staff could become an intermediary between medical care and old-age care,so as to promote the development of the combining mode of medical care and old-age care.
