西格列汀联合二甲双胍对初发2型糖尿病患者血糖及胰岛素抵抗的影响被引量：7

摘要选取2016年3月至2017年3月初发T_2DM患者92例,随机分为对照组二甲双胍治疗,观察组西格列汀+二甲双胍治疗。结果治疗后,两组血糖及胰岛素抵抗各项指标均改善,且观察组FBG、2hPG、Hb A1c、BMI及胰岛素抵抗指数较对照组低,FINs较对照组高(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P <0. 05)。结论西格列汀与二甲双胍联合治疗对初发T_2DM可有效改善患者血糖及胰岛素抵抗,降低不良反应发生率。
