摘要
对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化胶进行γ射线辐照处理,研究不同辐照吸收剂量对HNBR硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着辐照吸收剂量的增大,HNBR硫化胶的拉伸强度先增大后减小,在辐照吸收剂量为200 kGy时达到最大值;HNBR硫化胶的拉断伸长率和压缩永久变形呈减小趋势,回弹值呈增大趋势;HNBR属辐射交联型聚合物。
The hydrogenated nitrile(HNBR) vulcanizates were irradiated with γ-ray and the effects ofabsorbed doses on the properties of HNBR vulcanizates were investigated. The results showed that,with the increase of absorbed dose,the tensile strength of HNBR vulcanizate increased first and then decreased and reached the maximum value when the absorbed dose was 200 kGy,the elongation at break and compression set of the vulcanizates decreased,and the rebound value increased. HNBR was a radiation crosslinkable polymer.
