摘要
介绍了电力系统外绝缘复合伞套用有机硅与液体硅橡胶,针对液体硅橡胶复合外套材料的老化现象,分析了液体硅橡胶材料的老化机理及主要影响因素,阐述了复合外套材料的老化对换流站设备的影响。研究了液体硅橡胶复合外套老化修复策略,结合现场实例应用表明,液体硅橡胶复合外套材料的老化只要及时跟踪发现,选择高性能修复材料,采用合理化的工艺可进行换流站内现场修复,恢复复合外套性能,延长设备的使用寿命。高性能氟硅橡胶涂层材料是液体硅橡胶复合外套老化修复的可靠材料,重新赋予复合外套优异的憎水性和更强的耐老化性能。
Organic silicon and liquid silicon rubber used as external insulation composite umbrella sleeve in electric power system are introduced. The aging mechanism and main influencing factors of liquid silicone rubber materials were analyzed,the effect of aging of composite coat material on converter station equipment was described,and the aging repair strategy was studied. The result showed that as long as the aging of liquid silicone rubber composite coat material is found in time,Select high performance repair material,adopt reasonable technology to carry out field repair in converter station,the performance of compound coat can be restored and the service life of the equipment can be extended. The high performance fluorosilicone rubber coating material is the reliable material for the aging repair of the liquid silicone rubber composite coat,and the repaired composite coat has excellent hydrophobicity and stronger aging resistance.
