摘要
采用阳极氧化法制备二氧化钛(TiO_2)纳米管,采用改良Hummers氧化法-浓碱法制备还原氧化石墨烯(RGO),采用阳极电化学沉积法制得RGO/TiO_2纳米管复合材料,以复合材料为反应阴极,以铂片(Pt)为反应阳极,光电催化还原二氧化碳(CO_2)为乙醇。并对制得的RGO/TiO_2纳米管复合材料进行了表征。结果证明:采用阳极电化学沉积法施加20V电压反应6h可有效制得RGO/TiO_2纳米管复合材料;以2%(wt.,质量分数)碳酸氢钠(NaHCO_3)水溶液为电解液,在紫外灯照射下施加1.5V电压,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为1h条件下,CO_2被还原为乙醇,产量为185.08nmol/(h·cm^2)。
Anodic oxidation process was used to make TiO2 nanotubes,the graphene oxide which was made by improved hummers method was reduced to the reduced graphene oxide under the concentrated alkali condition.RGO/TiO2 nanotubes composite was synthesized by anodic electrochemical deposition techniques.Carbon dioxide was photoelectrocatalytic reduced to form ethanol with RGO/TiO2 as cathode and platinum as anode.And the materials were characterized.The results showed that RGO/TiO2 can be made by anodic electrochemical deposition Technique under 20 volts reaction voltage for 6 hours.2%(wt.)aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution was used as electrolyte,the carbon dioxide was reduced to from ethanol when 1.5 volts reaction voltage for 1 hour under the UV light.With the results of gas chromatography,the production of ethanol was 185.08nmol/(h·cm^2).
