Analysis on Key Factors of Strategic Internationalization of Yunnan Tobacco Industries Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy DEMATEL

基于云南烟草所面临的复杂国内外环境,促使云南烟草把握机遇应对挑战,为其国际化制定发展战略,构建了基于直觉模糊偏好DEMATEL方法的云南烟草国际化发展战略关键影响因素。通过找出其管理制度的完善程度、人才储备量、营销水平等关键因素,提出了从内外两方面进行战略制定的建议,对内优化内部管理,对外采取分类管理和横向一体化战略,对云南烟草国际化实现深入发展有着理论和现实意义。

Based on the complex domestic and international environment faced by Yunnan Tobacco industries,in order to help Yunnan Tobacco seize the opportunity to meet the challenges and promote its international development strategy,this paper constructs a key influencing factor analyzing the strategies for the internationalization of Yunnan Tobacco industry based on the intuitionistic fuzzy preference DEMATEL method. By identifying such key factors as the perfection of management system,talent reserve and marketing level,the paper puts forward proposals for strategic formulation from both internal and external aspects,optimizes internal management internally,adopts classified management and horizontal integration strategy,which will made theoretical and practical contributions to its deepening internationalization.
