1978—2018:残疾人权利保障研究的视角转换及其动力

Change of Research Angle and Its Motivation of Studies on Security of Rights of Persons with Disabilities(1978-2018)

改革开放以来,残疾人是否被承认为人、残疾人的康复权、受教育权、就业权这四个议题经历了研究视角的转换,即从"废人"到"病人"再到"人",从康复为主到康复与自主生活并举,从隔离到融合,从庇护到支持。这种视角转换得益于《残疾人权利公约》及其背后的国际社会、我国政府、社会组织及残疾人社群和家庭等多种力量的推动。未来残疾人研究应该继续利用多种力量的推动,借助新兴的研究工具和方法,加大对于基础理论和社会实践这两个领域问题的深度挖掘。

The research angle of the topics as whether persons with disabilities are recognized as human beings, the right to rehabilitation,the right to education,and the right to employment of persons with disabilities has been changing since 1978 That is,it has changed from being crippled to a patient and finally to human beings,from focusing on rehabilitation to focusing on both rehabilitation and independent living,from apartheid to integration,from asylum to support It owes to international conventions,international communities,the government,social organizations,as well as families with persons with disabilities which make the change of research angle come true With the help of various forces and new research tools and methods,the research of basic theories and the issues in social practice on persons with disabilities need to be strengthened in future.
