摘要
在某批次TC4钛合金盘型锻件中发现了缺陷。对其进行了显微组织观察、能谱分析、硬度检测和超声波探伤分析。研究了显微组织形态,分析了该缺陷的原因,并提出了避免此类缺陷的措施。结果表明:缺陷区存在微区化学成分不均匀,主要是氧含量偏高,铝、钒含量偏低,氧化形态复杂,属于冶金缺陷。
Defects were found in a batch of TC4 titanium alloy disc forgings.Microstructure observation,energy spectrum analysis,hardness detection and ultrasonic flaw detectionwere carried out.The microstructure of the defects was studied,the causes of the defects were analyzed,and the measures to avoid the defects were put forward.The results show that in the defect region,the chemical composition of the microzone is not uniform,it has high oxygen content,low aluminum and vanadium contents,and complex oxidation form,which belongs to metallurgical defects.
