摘要
石墨是基本的厚壁设备材料,能够使换热器通道实现最佳导热。基于多年来暖通空调滤芯的开发经验,进行了石墨材料的改性研究。使用天然鳞片石墨以及膨胀石墨作为基本材料,制备改进的石墨材料。结果表明:氮掺杂能够改善石墨的电子和催化特性;石墨带隙的费米能级有了明显提高。上述结果对于改进解决石墨的电化学问题具有一定的参考价值。
Graphite is a basic thick-wall equipment material,and it can make the heat exchanger channel realize the best thermal conductivity.In this paper,based on the development experience of HVAC filter element,modification study of graphite materials was carried out.Using natural flake graphite and expanded graphite as the basic materials, modified graphite material was prepared.The results showed that nitrogen doping improved the electronic and catalytic properties of graphene,and increased the Fermi energy level of the graphite band gap.The above results have a certain reference value for improving the electrochemical problem of graphite.
