Chemical safety has received much attention. Based on the current situation of chemical safety,the evaluation system and evaluation of chemical process have been taken into consideration.Chemical safety assessment is comprehensive evaluation involving technical,legal and management considerations.There're various qualitative and quantitative assessment methods for chemical safety assessment.However,the assessment process is increasingly complex with deviation. Green assessment endows chemical safety assessment with new meaning and makes it become comprehensive and concise method which is dynamic process and equipment safety assessment instead of static chemical assessment.Green assessment is systematic,consistent and scientific and it is of guiding significance.
