复方调脂降糖汤治疗糖尿病患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Compound Tiaozhi Jiangtang Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨复方调脂降糖汤治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月在大连市友谊医院中医科就诊的糖尿病患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,采取常规西药治疗控制血糖。试验组采取40例,在对照组的基础上使用中药复方调脂降糖汤,日2次口服;比较2组患者治疗后空腹血糖、血脂、BMI。结果试验组治疗后空腹血糖、血脂均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组BMI值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方调脂降糖汤治疗糖尿病,可以明显降低患者的空腹血糖、血脂,优化BMI值,降低脑血管疾病发生的几率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of compound Tiaozhi Jiangtang decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017 in Dalian Friendship Hospital,80 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional Western medicine to control blood sugar.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group of 40 cases used traditional Chinese medicine compound Tiaozhi Jiangtang decoction twice a day.After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,blood lipids and BMI between the two groups was compared.'Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and blood lipids of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The BMI of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Tiaozhi Jiangtang decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus can significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose and blood lipids of patients,optimize the BMI,reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular disease, and it is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
