不同针灸疗法治疗颈椎病颈部疼痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Different Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy on Neck Pain of Cervical Spondylopathy

目的评价不同针灸疗法治疗颈椎病颈部疼痛的疗效。方法选取2015年4月—2017年5月我科收治的颈椎病颈部疼痛患者120例进行分组研究,依据数字表法的分组方法分为3组,其中A组(40例)予以毫针治疗,B组(40例)予以温针治疗,C组(40例)予以电针治疗,比较3组治疗前后疼痛改善效果和整体临床疗效。结果经过1个疗程的治疗后,3组VAS评分均低于治疗前,组间比较,B组、C组低于A组(P<0.05),且B组、C组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);B组、C组的治疗总有效率均高于A组,组间比较具有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论毫针、温针、电针对颈椎病颈部疼痛患者均具有较理想的治疗效果,相比于单纯毫针,温针与电针的整体疗效更高,值得临床优先选择和使用。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of different acupuncture and moxibustion on neck pain of cervical spondylosis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with neck pain of cervical spondylosis who were treated in our department from April 2015 to May 2017 were divided into three groups.Group A (n=40)received filiform needle therapy.The patients in group B (n=40)received warm needle treatment.The patients in group C (n=40)received electroacupuneture treatment.The pain relief and the overall clinical effect were compared between the three groups before and after treatment.Results After one course of treatment,the VAS scores of three groups were lower than those before treatment.The scores of group B and group C were lower than those of group A (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group B and group C (P>0.05).The total effective rates of group B and group C were higher than those of group A,AND there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The filiform needle,warm acupuncture and electroacupuncture have better therapeutic effect on patients with neck pain of cervical spondylosis.Comparing with simple acupuncture,the overall therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture and electroaeupuncture is higher,which is worthy of clinical preference and use.
