老年脑梗死患者康复期采用中医综合护理干预临床观察

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Nursing Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction during Rehabilitation Period

目的探讨中医护理促进老年脑梗死患者康复的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—12月山西省中医院收治的94例老年脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为中医组(47例)和常规组(47例),常规组患者接受常规护理服务,中医组患者在此基础上实施中医护理干预,并比较不同组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力。结果与常规组临床治疗总有效率比较,中医组患者临床治疗总有效率显著增加(P <0. 05);护理前,中医组和常规组患者日常生活活动能力评定量表评分(ADL)和四肢运动功能评定量表评分(STREAM)比较差异不显著(P> 0. 05),护理后,中医组患者ADL和STREAM评分均显著低于常规组和护理前(P <0. 05)。结论在早期康复治疗过程中,中医护理干预有助于提高老年脑梗死患者临床疗效以及改善患者临床症状,其值得推广借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction rehabilitation. Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,94 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who admitted to Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a Chinese medicine group( 47 cases) and a routine group( 47 cases). The routine group received routine nursing services,and patients in the Chinese medicine group performed TCM nursing interventions on this basis. The clinical efficacy of different groups of patients,and the limb movement function and activities of daily living before and after treatment compared.Results Comparing with the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the conventional group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the TCM group was significantly increased( P < 0. 05). Before nursing,the ADL and ADL were performed in the TCM and conventional groups. There was no significant difference in STREAM scores( P > 0. 05). After nursing,the ADL and STREAM scores of the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the routine group and pre-care( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the early rehabilitation process,TCM nursing interventions can help improve the clinical efficacy and improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,which is worth promoting.
