研究骨创伤感染应用中医益气活血方联合封闭负压引流术的效果

Study on the Effect of Blocking Negative Pressure Drainage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Prescription on Bone Trauma Infection

目的探析在骨创伤感染应用益气活血方联合封闭负压引流术的疗效。方法选择收治的骨创伤感染患者30例(均于2016年8月—2017年8月期间)作为此次研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将患者进行分组,将选用常规抗感染治疗的15例患者作为对照组,将选用益气活血方联合封闭负压引流术治疗的15例患者作为观察组。对2组患者疗效与WBC与hs-CRP水平变化情况进行观察。结果经治疗后,观察组疗效总有效率优于对照组患者(93. 33%> 60. 00%),2组数据差异显著(P <0. 05)。同时治疗后,观察组患者WBC与hs-CRP水平降低趋势优于对照组患者,2组数据差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论应用益气活血方联合封闭负压引流术治疗骨创伤感染患者,在改善患者创面感染症状上可取得佳效,临床应推广运用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yiqi huoxue prescription combined with negative pressure drainage in the treatment of bone wound infection.Method In this study,30cases (from August 2016to August 2017)treated in our hospital was selected as the subjects.15patients with conventional anti-infection treatment were selected as control group.Observation of curative effect and changes of WBC and hs-CRP levels in two groups was made.Result It was superior to the control group (93.33% >60.00%),and there was significant difference between the two-groups (P <0.05).After treatment,the decrease of WBC and hs-CRP levels in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with blocking negative pressure drainage in the treatment of patients with bone trauma infection can achieve good results in improving the symptoms of wound infection and should be used vigorously in clinical practice.
