中医康复护理对脑梗死患者功能康复疗效分析

Analysis on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探析在脑梗死患者的功能康复中,中医康复护理的应用效果。方法通过抽签的方式将我院收治的脑梗死患者(共74例)随机分为2组:参照组和实验组各37例,分别施行常规护理、常规护理联合中医康复护理,对2组患者获得的护理效果予以评价。结果 2组患者护理前的BADL以及NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,参照组的BADL评分显著低于实验组,NIHSS评分显著高于实验组,且P<0.05;参照组患者的满意度显著低于实验组(81.08%<97.30%),且P<0.05。结论在脑梗死患者的功能康复中,中医康复护理的应用效果优异,能够使患者的神经功能以及生活活动能力得到显著改善。

Objective To analyze the effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing in the functional rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 74 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups through the way of drawing lots,with 37 cases the control group and 37 cases in the experimental group,and the routine nursing and the conventional nursing combined with the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing was performed respectively.The nursing effect was evaluated.Result There was no significant difference in the BADL and NIHSS scores between the 2 groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,the BADL score of the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group,and the NIHSS score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group.The patients'satisfaction in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group (81.08%<97.30%,P<0.05).Conclusion In the functional rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction,the application of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing is excellent,which can significantly improve the neurological function and living ability of the patients.
