摘要
通过对320名新生代员工的问卷调查和数据分析,发现感知面子威胁的类型和冲突对象均会影响到新生代员工对冲突处理模式的选择,并且感知面子威胁类型与冲突对象在对"竞争"和"妥协"两种冲突处理模式选择的影响上存在显著交互性,而在"协作""顺从"和"逃避"模式的选择上不存在显著交互作用。
This paper analyzes the interactive effects of perceived face threat and opponent on Chinese new generation employees'eonflict management model based on the questionnaires of 320 new generation staffs.Results show that,different kinds of perceived face threat and opponents would affect new generation staffs'options of conflict management mode.And the perceived face threat and opponents have significant interactive effects on 2 management styles :dominating and compro- mising,but no significant interactive effects have been showed on integrating,obliging and avoiding.
