新型社交媒体健康宣教对儿童护理保健知识知晓率及满意度的影响

Influence of new social media health education for awareness and satisfaction of knowledge of child nursing and health care

目的探讨新型社交媒体健康宣教对儿童护理保健知识的知晓率以及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2018年2月在深圳市龙华区中心医院通过新型社交媒体进行健康宣教的儿童351人为观察组,选取2016年3月-2017年2月来深圳市龙华区中心医院未实施新型社交媒体健康宣教的儿童329例为对照组,分别给予新型社交媒体宣教和普通宣教,观察统计两组监护人对儿童护理保健知识的知晓率及护理满意度。结果观察组对护理保健知识的知晓率高于对照组(96. 30%> 82. 98%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论通过新型社交媒体给予健康宣教,可显著提高儿童护理保健知识的知晓率和满意度,可应用于临床护理中。

Objective To probe into the influence of new social media health education for awareness and satisfaction of knowledge of child nursing and health care. Methods 351 cases of children underwent the health education through the new social media in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the observation group,329 children without new social media health education in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as control group. The two groups were given new social media education and general education respectively. Then,the awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of child nursing and health care knowledge of two groups of Guardians were observed and counted. Results The awareness rate of nursing knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( 96. 30% >82. 98%) ,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05) . The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion The health education through new social media can significantly improve the awareness and satisfaction of child nursing and health care knowledge,thus it can be applied in clinical nursing.
