摘要
介绍了芳纶纳米纤维的制备方法,包括静电纺丝法、电吹纺丝法和去质子化法,并简述了芳纶纳米纤维在高温防护、锂电池隔膜、复合增强材料、过滤材料、生物医药等领域的应用。目前,仅有杜邦、帝人等芳纶龙头企业宣布实现了芳纶纳米纤维产业化生产,国内芳纶纳米纤维的开发主要处于试验及小试阶段,产业化制备方法还不够成熟。今后几年,芳纶纳米纤维必将成为芳纶差别化产品的热点研究方向之一。
The preparation methods of aramid nanofibers, including electrostatic spinning, electrospinning and deprotonation, are introduced. The applications of aramid nanofibers in the fields of high temperature protection, lithium battery diaphragm, reinforcement composite materials, filtration materials, biomedicine and so on are introduced. At present, only aramid leading companies such as Dupont, Teijin announced they have implemented industrialization of aramid nanometer fiber production, domestic aramid nanofibers development mainly in the stage of experiment and test, the industrialization of preparation method is not mature enough. In the next few years, aramid nanofibers will be one of the hot research directions of aramid differential products.
