党内法治对国家法治的作用析论

An Analysis of the Role of Rule-Based Governance over the Party on the Rule of Law in the Country

实行依规治党形成的党内法治,对国家法治发挥着重大作用。党内法治能够在国家法治中发挥作用,是因为中国特色社会主义的新型政治体制把党内法治和国家法治紧密地联系起来,让党内法治进入整个法治体系;党内法治对党员产生了重大的影响和作用,进而使党内法治在国家法治中发挥出四个重大的影响和作用;注重党内法规同国家法律的衔接和协调,是党内法治对国家法治发挥作用的具体途径和通道。为此,必须采取三个主要举措。

The rule-based governance over the Party plays a major role in the rule of law in the country.It can be mainly attributed to the following three aspects: firstly, the new-style political system of socialism with Chinese characteristics closely links the rule-based governance over the Party with the rule of law in the country, and joint the rule-based Party self-governance with the holistic system of the rule of law;secondly,the rule-based governance over the Party has a major impact on Party members, thus make the rule-based governance over the Party play four kinds of major influences and roles in the rule of law in the country;thirdly, attaching great importance to connecting and coordinating the Party’s rules and regulations with the laws of the country, is the specific way and channel for the rule-based governance over the Party to play a role in the rule of law in the country. To this end, the article proposes that three main initiatives should be taken.
