摘要
在食用菌工厂化栽培中,优质菌种是影响经济效益的关键因素。通过分析食用菌工厂化栽培对高活力菌种的需求和菌种扩繁模式,从食用菌的菌种退化、种性确认、母种培养、菌种保藏等方面阐述了菌种的质量控制要点,以期为菌种生产提供参考。
In edible fungi factory production,high-quality strains are key factors affecting the economic benefit.In this paper, the demand for high vitality strains of edible fungi and the propagation mode of strains were analyzed.Quality control points of the mode were expounded in the process of strain degeneration,species identification,stock culture and strain preservation.The related information is referable for the strain production.
