对多源信息构建老年中医医养知识体系的思考

Based on classic theories of TCM,Large data and wisdom from experienced doctors to construct knowledge hierarchy about treating elder chronic diseases

伴随我国人口老龄化进程的加快与"健康中国"战略的提出,医养服务及养老社区工作逐步开展,但普遍存在收费较高、缺少中医规范体系融入等问题,应思考并讨论以"中医经典+医疗大数据+专家智慧"多源信息模式构建老年医养知识体系的方式方法与可行性,为形成科学完善的、临床指导价值突出的老年中医医养知识体系提供方法论。使中医医养工作有证据可循,提高医护人员中医医养知识水平、增强中医手段运用的多样化,从而发挥中医优势,促进老年健康工作的开展。

The mode of combining treatmentwith medical care and pension community has gradually developed in the background of aging process and healthy Chinese strategy,but generally higher fees,lack of the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine have been existent. In the article,thinking and discussing a way of constructing the system of elder chronic diseases based on combining Classic theo-ries of TCM,Large data with wisdom of experienced doctors to promote the scientific system of elder chronic diseases constructed,and to highlight the advantages of TCM. We expect the job could perfect the pension system and provide clinical reference for doctors who work for the health of the aged.
