Discussion on Hospital Management Transformation by Artificial Intelligence

目的:探讨人工智能对医院管理的改变及其管理对策,为管理者适时修正管理决策提供参考。方法:通过研究人工智能在医疗领域的应用,结合我国医疗与法规现状,对医院管理五个关键要素"人、机、料、法、环"的改变及其管理对策分别进行探讨。结果:人工智能使"人"变聪慧、使"机"变高效、使"料"变人性、使"法"变精准、使"环"变舒心;但给医院管理带来诸多新问题,需要新对策。结论:人工智能改变医疗和管理势不可挡;必须接受并充分利用人工智能;国家和医院都应及时制定完善AI相关管理规定;通过跨界合作发展医疗人工智能可助力医院实现弯道超车。

Objective: To explore hospital management change and improve management solutions by artificial intelligence, and to provide references for managers to adjust management decisions at the right time. Methods: By studying the application of artificial intelligence in medical field, we separately discuss the changes and management solutions of the five key elements of hospital management-"human, machine, material, rules and environment", while taking the present situation of medical treatment and regulation in China into consideration. Results: Artificial Intelligence makes "human" more intelligent, "machine" more efficient, "material" more understanding, "rules" more accurate, "environment" more comfortable;as well as new solutions are needed because many new problems are brought into hospital management with new changes. Conclusion: The changes in medical treatment and management by artificial intelligence is really irresistible;we must accept and make full use of artificial intelligence;nation and hospitals should formulate and improve AI-related management regulations in time;The crossover development of artificial intelligence in medical field can help hospitals improve much faster and better.
